Chateaux Sur Mer will strive to remain a unique neighborhood in the barrier island sanctuary of Sanibel. Our community aesthetic is defined by a casual style adapted to a relaxed, peaceful quality of life, and one which retains its connection to old, rural Florida while adapting to the future. As such, we are a community of diverse architectural style that is respectful of preserving and living in harmony with nature and our neighbors. 

To achieve our vision, we believe it is our individual responsibility as owners and neighbors to do our best to encourage and protect our neighborhood's uniqueness and to encourage and promote a social environment based on respect, freedom of expression and community cooperation.
